Lucy Jolin is a freelance journalist specializing in health, parenting, healthy eating and birth issues. She has written for numerous national magazines, newspapers and websites, including the Guardian, New Statesman, Pregnancy, Baby and You, Practice Nursing, NHS Choices and Healthy.
