About The Author

Tony Buon holds graduate and post-graduate degrees in psychology, behavioural sciences, and workplace Education. He has taught Leadership, Psychology and Human Resources Management up to Master's Level in Universities and Colleges in Australia and the UK. He also founded one of the first private psychological services in the People's Republic of China. This is his second book.
