Amanda Goodall is Professor of Leadership at Bayes Business School (formerly Cass), City, University of London, where she specialises in how leaders and managers influence performance. Dr Goodall has been a visiting scholar at Cornell University, the University of Zurich, and Yale University, and she publishes widely in academic journals, practitioner publications and general media. Her first book Socrates in the Boardroom was published by Princeton University Press in 2009. She is a committed environmentalist.
