About The Author | Dr Charlotte Armitage is a psychotherapist and psychologist who has worked in NHS and various other mental health settings. A duty-of-care psychologist with specialist media knowledge, she is also on the registered list of mental health practitioners for all major UK broadcasters and is currently the duty-of-care psychologist for the reality television shows Big Brother, The Only Way is Essex, Made in Chelsea and Celebs Go Dating.
