About The Author

Martha Swales is a TV Producer and Director from London who has worked on shows such as Masterchef and Nigella Lawson’s Cook, Eat, Repeat. She has been growing her own produce for over 12 years and since sharing her gardening insights on social media has amassed over 1m followers, and many of her posts have gone viral, reaching millions of people around the world. She lives in South East London with her housemate Charlie and their rescue cat Mo. Give it a Grow is her first book.
