About The Author | Caroline Mitchell is an accredited counsellor, an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) practitioner and a trauma therapist, as well as having worked in private practice and in homicide bereavement. She is also a freelance writer and proofreader and has worked in medical publishing for over 20 years, but Mood Swings is her first book.
