Prior to this she worked in literary agencies and a bookshop specialising in crime fiction, where she honed her passion for helping developing writers – and a taste for out-of-the-ordinary stories. She loves the craft of editing, and the process of taking an unpolished idea and helping the author turn it into a sparkling gem.
