Excerpt From Book

The Mist and All—Dixie WillsonI like the fall,The mist and all.I like the night owl’sLonely call—And wailing soundOf wind around.I like the grayNovember day,And bare, dead boughsThat coldly swayAgainst my pane.I like the rain.I like to sitAnd laugh at it—And tendMy cozy fire a bit.I like the fall—The mist and all.
