Lindsey Byrne is the director of a training and consultancy business started in2003, working with clients on strategic planning, financial evaluation of businessplans and investment appraisal with clients ranging from small businesses toglobal PLCs.Lindsey is a CIMA qualified accountant (ACMA) with an MBA from the University of Warwick, she worked at Marconi plc until 2001 and was part of the team to developand disseminate their strategy planning process. She also facilitated strategy planningworkshops and modelled financial evaluations of strategies and business plans.Since working as a consultant and trainer, she has assisted many companieswith business and financial planning and with the evaluation of accounts andbusiness plans of other companies (potential customers, suppliers and agents).
