About The Author

Frank Caplan and Theresa Caplan were directors and editors of The Princeton Center for Infancy and Early Childhood, a self-supporting parent education group. The co-authors of many books together, they also founded Creative Playthings, a world-renowned educational toy manufacturing company. Frank Caplan died in 1988 and Theresa Caplan died in 2010.
