About The Author

Head Viking, Svava Sigbertsdottir, grew up in Iceland. Trained as a dancer and personal trainer she combined her Nordic upbringing with her knowledge of fitness to create the Viking Method. She has transformed countless Vikings, not just in physique but in the way they think and live. Her clients include Nicole Scherzinger, Suki Waterhouse and Amanda Holden.
