About The Author

Sam is a holistic chef, recipe developer, photographer, writer and yoga instructor. After majoring in English and Photojournalism, she traveled the world for 10 years and now calls The Garden Route, South Africa, home. Through yoga, nutrition, plant medicine and connection with Mother Nature her personal experience took her on a 13 year journey of healing, which culminated in her writing a food and travel journal focusing on food as medicine, plant-based recipes to heal mind, body and soul.
